NOTICE OF FILING OF LIENS

Dusty Rhodes, Auditor of Hamilton County, Ohio has caused to be filed with Office of the Hamilton County Recorder the Delinquent Personal Property Lien List, as required under
Section 5719.04, Revised Code. This list constitutes a notice of lien and operates as of the date of delivery as a lien on the lands and tenements, vested legal interests therein, and permanent leasehold estates of each person named therein having such real estate in Hamilton County.
This lien shall not be judged valid as against any mortgagee, pledgee, purchaser, or judgment creditor whose rights have attached prior to the date of delivery. This list is kept by the Recorder's office, designated as the Personal Tax Lien Record, and indexed under the name of the person charged with such tax.
This list does not include the names of any taxpayer who owes less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) as required under the above Statute.
